Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars Defeats Eastside Lady Blazers In Pitcher's Duel By GameChanger Media Both teams were strong in the circle on Thursday, but Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars defeated Eastside Lady Blazers 3-0. Grace Swank started the game for Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars and recorded 21 outs. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars got on the board in the bottom of the third inning after Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars scored on a wild pitch, and Swank hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run. Swank earned the win for Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars. The right-handed pitcher surrendered four hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out nine and walking four. K Mayberry took the loss for Eastside Lady Blazers. The starter went six innings, surrendering three runs on five hits, striking out one and walking none. Kendra Smith, Kensy Kimmell, Kaitlyn Tilley, Kennedy Vice, and Avery Deter each collected one hit for Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars. Swank and Vice were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Vice made the most plays with nine. L Kitchen led Eastside Lady Blazers with two hits in four at bats.
