CENTRAL NOBLE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION FOR 2026-2027 IS NOW OPEN ON FINAL FORMS! 📢 Reminder: Fall sports practices begin on August 3rd (Girls Golf begins July 31st). Prior to participating in practice, ALL student-athletes must complete the following requirements: 1. FINAL FORMS Complete all required online forms through Final Forms at https://centralnoble-in.finalforms.com. 2. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION Student-athletes must have a current IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Examination completed and signed by a licensed medical provider. 📄 Physical Form: https://www.ihsaa.org/sites/default/files/documents/2024-25%20Physical%20Form.pdf Per IHSAA Rule 3-10, every student-athlete must have a completed physical examination between April 1 and their first official practice date to be eligible for athletic participation.
